RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At Wondrous Kid Co, your satisfaction means everything. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. We accept returns and offer replacements on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Pacifiers or teething products (due to hygiene and safety reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items marked final

✅ Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or replacement for all other items:

  • Item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

🔁 Replacements

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We'll send a replacement free of charge.

  • Include order number, description of the issue, and a photo if applicable

🔙 Returns & Refunds

If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return.

Return process:

  1. Email wondrouskidcompany@gmail.com with your order number

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and address

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a full refund (excluding original shipping fees)

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

📦 How to Package Your Return

Please package items securely in original or similar packaging. We are not responsible for lost return shipments, so we recommend tracking.
